Step 1
The first step in becoming a dealer is to fill out the
dealer application form and fax it back to us (832.202.0812).
There is a $35 application fee that is fully refundable
after your first purchase. The application fee can be faxed
along with the dealer
application (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).
Step 2
After the application is approved a dealer sales agreement
will be e.mailed, faxed, or mailed to you.
Step 3
After this is signed you will be issued a unique user name
and password and will be ready to start placing orders.
